So many things I love about this: the lighting, the mist, the contrast between the silhouetted figure and the background, and the invitation to generate a story based around these two characters. Great stuff

Oh magnificent. The way the dark characters cut into the sparse background lit with this soft yellow pink light really intensifies their appearance. There's a certain organic nature to the form of the animal. It has a definite air of reality about it, which is interesting set next to the robed figure whose garments fairly obscure his form drawing it away from the organic.
