Description Hey - heres quite a cool experimental shot that was taken a few weeks ago at full moon. Here we have around a three second exposure of a car driving past - I used the roof of my car as a tripod. Thing is I left the engine running and so there will be a slight vibration of the camera - i think you can see this effect in the rear lights of the car, expecially at the right of the shot.

Kinda liked it so I thought I'd submit it.

Oooooo nice I love the idea, a longer exposure time would be better, but that requires a more expensive camera I love this shot

I wish... 3/5seconds is the most I can get

Funny shot ... it looks like the car is driving away sideways

Oh! I love it! I think that a 3 sec exposure time was perfect for this too. If you would have done it any longer you would have had a duplicate moon! I know, because I've made that mistake myself. The car streaking by is really neat effect on this too...adds the color and feel of the shot. I like it a lot. Good job! Cars make the best tripods don't they?
