You get one pair of wings, but you can have one wing if you like.
And you trade in the uncommons you get from tagging people and sharing again, so if you had 5 uncommons you can trade all for a mutation and a rare, but you can always buy more traits from the shop.

Any kind of wings are mutations, so if you get a mutation slot, go wild ^^ Just multiple limbs are another kind of mutation, and that includes wings.
