gotta love it xD i love the colours and wind effect's awesome~ btw, did u use blur to do the "far away effect" on her other ponytail, or what? xD im trying to learn that technique, but i dont seem to know how....

Thank you! I used photoshop to blur it out. Use the lasso tool and blur it according to your liking.

you can use the blur effect in photoshop or maybe try lowering the opacity
