Toy Doctor and the Damn Machine is the name of my band
so I was trying to create an illustration where it represents the name, although the name itself is pretty meaningless

so this is somekind of a nanobot device to inject liquid thingy into your body,
I didn't draw a background, it was purposed to be printed on t-shirt, and I don't want it to look too crowded

anyway, this was heavily influenced by Mass Effect, if you play the game, you know what I mean,
