History:
First Neo was an average teen, who had died of a car accident while as a human. When a few days after his death a scientist had dug up his corps and used his body as a science experiment (Frankenstein alert). Later that night the scientist checked up on the body and to his surprise it did not work. Soon after the scientist buried Neo's corps again, and during a storm his body was summoned up. Walking,and wandering in a forest Neo came across a scare crow where he stole the clothes and eventually found his way to #Hiems-Mansion .
Currently living their he finds trouble with the eyes always staring at him! And their are always creatures stealing his arm...
Will add more info and stuff later, and If I have time I will color my picture~ been busy!

The Moon Tutor wheels a silver trolley up to your room and knocks on your door politely. When you answer, they smile wide and say,
"Good evening, little guest! Why, you look half starved, you poor thing! Here is the menu for tonight. We have many succulent choices that we hope will knock you dead with flavor... metaphorically, of course, hehehe! Please choose a dish from each category; Appetizers, Main Entrees, and Desserts. You do not really have to give us ligts... this meal is on us! Hoho, aren't you lucky! Enjoy!"
After presenting you with your ambrosial dinner, they push the trolley down the hall, giggling to themselves.
