This is how I color skin, there are many other ways too ^^
I do the coloring and shading on the same layer, I don't know why o-O. Maybe it gives a different effect? -w-
If you tried it this way, I would love to see!
If you want me to do another tutorial, comment below! I might do it if I'm not too lazy xD

I didn't know about the lock opacity thing, it's really cool, but it means you can't erase the shadows without erasing the skin. If you're okay with doing a lot of ctrl + z pressing it's a good way to cut back on layers since SAI only allows 256 layers at once.

I always have trouble shading/highlighting hair. I would really appreciate it if you would make a hair shading/highlighting tutorial!!

Mochatchi-sama, how about a coloring clothing tutorial? I (and a lot of others) find it the hardest part of coloring anime characters (aside from background, but... I don't wanna ask for too much x_x)
Erm, your shading on clothes and landscape looks really natural- how do you get that feel? Also have you modified your water tool in any way? I can't seem to get the same effect like yours with mine ;_;

I don't consider myself very good at coloring clothes ^^' I just shade whichever part that I think will have the folds xD Thank you for the compliment!
As for the tool's settings, I will post them on my other account some time soon!
