I don't get why so many people do this common mistake on the internet.

Maybe they think that being on the internet is an excuse for spelling and grammar mistake.

That's the problem - people become lazy when they are on the Internet.

Oh god, even as a none native english speaker, these mistakes just make me want to smash my laptop.
Same with 'should/could of' instead of 'should/could have' like it's supposed to be ~_~

I am also a none native english but at least i try.
But like Should or could is really hard it is just like
Should is a more aggresive "you should have done ___ or you wouldn't be in this mess"
while could is a more gentle "you could have done ___ and maybe it will work better ?"
english is to complicated for me

I was not talking about the difference between could and should uvu
I meant people saying "should of" instead of "should have".
You've got the differences right, though.
It's 'aggressive', 'then you wouldn't be in this mess', 'and maybe it would have worked better' and 'too'.
Sorry, I'm a huge grammar Nazi, or at least I try to be 👍: 0 ⏩: 1

and the fact that people says "I could care less"
it is "I couldn't care less"
The first one means you could care less but the second means you've lost all your fucks

True.
If you say the first phrase, it implies that you actually do care.
I'm so glad I'm not the only non-native that gets pissy when people use incorrect english grammar

It should be a series, but I was thinking it shouldn't be Twilight alone. A good example would be Cheese Sandwich and Pinkie Pie doing grammar lessons (to take advantage of Weird Al's "Word Crimes" www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Gv0H-… ).
