Description I was testing out Photoshop Elements, because I found it on the computer when the internet was turned off.

IT IS NOT WORTH $99.99. XD

It's like...MS Paint on steroids.

PaintTool SAI and GIMP are much better.

But that's just my opinion.

So..yeah. Here's a picture of Daiken-erh...I mean SAMUROTT.
