Description
A quick painting of a thoughtful Erik.I suppose he's in his late 30s in this pic... I prefer to draw him young. (as young as he can look, at least...)

Reminds me of Erik Destler...
Buquet: I- It won't happen again.
Erik: No. It won't. You're... suspended.

Erik Destler is the name of the Phantom in the 1989 version starring Robert Englund of Freddy Kruger fame. He's deliciously evil.

Oooh...delicious!
I've only been subjected to three phantom movies. Lon Chaney, Claude Rains, and Gerard Butler.
At least two out of the three were good....
But yes, I need to experience some new ones!

The muted green and age crackling suit him so well. Nice work!

He's like
"I COULD cut your face. And I WOULD think very much of smiling about it too. Doesn't that sound nice?"
Nice work

It has been an incredibly long time since I have seen any Erik pictures that made me smile and marvel at their expertise at the same time. Congratulations, I very much love this image.

I thank you kindly!
It's the first time I've been able to really sit down and paint full out. (And even this isn't as detailed as I would like.) Thanks for the encouraging words. It makes me want to draw more.
