Fuck everyone. I'm posting this here.I'm sick of being afraid to post any of my Metalocalypse-related slash on dA. And this is barely slash at that...
Still, I hate the homophobic backlash that comes with any kind of Metalocalypse slash. People who say shit like "Gay isn't metal" or whatever the fuck else.
Fuck all of you little bigots.
I know I get way too worked up over this shit. Cry moar, amirite?
Anyways, this was my half of an art trade with who is a lovely artist that I admire.
Oh and I ship them. I ship them so fucking hard.

I hope to have time to sketch a lot more as things start shifting more towards my game stuff. I'm trying to establish a portfolio and include 'project work' a school might have someone make to get them to learn a program.
So I'm aiming to make a Volcano fan musicvideo in 3D with some three or four programs [in addition to game previews] * u * Should take me about 500 years, but I'm excite.

I hear you on the "building a portfolio" thing... a lot of my Metalocalypse fanart is subtle enough that I can totally use it in my final portfolio without raising too much suspicion (a lot of my Charles portraits at least XD). Shows where my priorities lie. Job? I would much rather draw metal gods making out!

OH GOD I HOPE. I have the entire premise in my head [I've had the idea of a music idea since the album came out] and I really need to storyboard the whole thing before Dethalbum III comes out and totally sidetracks my attention. Lol Dethklok stuff is going to add up to most of my human-based 3D work. WHY NOT. I'm just practicing and anything that'll be commercial is human-less anyway pff.

Nathan/Charlse pairs are my fav of the slashes so far. I guess cuz I'e read better slashes of them than any other pairings within the Metalocalypse world. I like this one. It's pretty cool.

Next to Toki and Skwisgaar, I feel like they have a lot of subtext in the show. XD Probably because they're basically the band parents.

That's true. They really more are the "responsible" ones in regards with the band, though I think more with Charles. Toki and Skwis are seemingly more evident, while Nate and Charlie has a bit of more mystery I guess, and to me that's what I find more intriguing about the two.

There's a special irony to your comments here, given what this picture is about <3 It's important to remember that this is the internet, and everything -- shit you like, and shit you don't -- has its own fanbase. And at the end of the day it doesn't matter, because nobody ever loses points in favor of the things they don't like. The people who have to take potshots to promote their own side of the story achieve nothing but wasted time.
This piece is one of my favorites of yours. You don't need me to point out how talented you are, but every time you draw them the bond between them comes across so strongly -- it's amazing, and absolutely beautiful.

But like I've said before (time and time again), I much prefer the safety of LJ for all my slashier stuff. Everyone is much more supportive there.

I saw this over at LJ, but I'm just now commenting on it. I love Charles' eyes. They're so intense. You did a wonderful job capturing the tense emotion that comes with a situation like this

I try to be sparing in who I tell about my dA in real life. I have a couple friends on here, but they're mostly such old friends that I have enough dirt on them that... yeah. They can shrug it off.
Currently my biggest fear is that my ex is going to get linked up, by one of the few college friends I have on here. Since my featured dev is about how much I loved breaking up with him and all, that would be.. unfortunate.
