well if i translated 'inchiki' right, it means fake and with ame it comes out to 'fake rain' a little play on of his genjutsu. and yea, you can call him the naruto of the group just more loud and prankish lol

The clothes design is awesome, I like the chameleon symbol and both styles of clothes are cool, but the hair + eyes make me think "omg a naruto/sakura baby!". So unless he really is, or part of his storyline is that he looks like Naruto and it gets people to comment on it, hrrm.
I like the character sheet as a whole, though. It's very neat and he has an interesting >3 smile on that lineart-only bit.
