I have to agree with this. Even though her overall design isn't bad, I think it's a good general rule that an OC should never be better at the special talent of a main character. I'd also advise against having two differently-colored eyes. Other than that, she's actually very pretty.

Heterochromia can be good for a character, so long as it isn't, y'know, the entire basis of their personality (Yuna from FFX for example. It's never even brought up)
Unfortunately, people tend to make different colored eyes a personality trait rather than just a physical feature.
