I should put the "pen" thing into context. At the time I was trying to learn how to use the Pen tool on Photoshop as I wasn't, and still am not, keen on using a tablet. Tricky things to use. I'd rather draw an image on paper and scan it in, then go over the lines with el Pen tool.
And this image was the first one that I felt I'd cracked how to utilise it properly.

So to answer your question properly, this Pen cost me about £200($370 if you're from the USA).
