I drew it out entirely on paper and redid most of it digitally and colored it digitally aswell.

is it hard to color in photoshop? I would like to learn the method.

Not really, it depends on how you color. I generally avoid using the paint bucket tool and stick to brushes. If I drew a box, I'd draw the box lines first then paint the box one color. Then I'd make a new layer and add different shades to create 3D. Then I'd add gradients and textures. Last is lighting and Kapow! A finished drawing. Anything else? Hoped this helped. Maybe I'll post a step by step of a drawing later.
