Hmmm, I suppose if you made it dense enough, the crystal lattice wouldn't be able to form and it would remain a liquid O.o
But when you squish the molecules down like that, they slow down which makes them colder...
Unless they are being both contained and excited at the same time, you could push it to plasma state that way...
