Description
Carla had no idea that the new makeup for her Halloween costume would do more than just paint her face, but she wasn't going to fight the change. But really, thank you to for letting me use her photo. Something I happened by and it really caught my eye. She made a wonderful cat girl and I wanted to see what it would look like it it went a bit further.

Crazy I haven't come across this in a decade but all the same it's super nice I love how you initiated your transformation from the original. It comes off as natural looking and really captures all the details that would make her look less human! If only a part :-3

To be completely honest, I think this is a bit of a weaker attempt. It might just be that it still does look like makeup (and yeah, I looked at the original) and something really just doesn't feel right about the face, though I can't quite put my finger on it.
I really like the nose, though

I like this picture a lot: she has a very sweet looking cat face, her mouth and nose are especially well done, and the furry ears definitely work here. The skin looks a bit glossy. Overall, a great pic!

She has a wonderfully natural face and I think that's what drew me to the photo. Tried dulling the skin, probably should have spent 5 more minutes on it.

Thank you so much Brett! Seeing some of the steps you took to make this was so awesome. I really love how it turned out. Of course now that I see the suggestions above, I can;t help but wonder how the ears would look integrated with my hair LOL.

I'm real glad you enjoyed it. It is kind of kewl when I make multiple pics like this so I myself can see the progression. And you should have a little treat in your email that I may or may not share with the rest of DA.

id love to see the original, this looks quite promising..if i might make a suggestion though the ears are a slightly different color might be interesting it you tried to show them starting to fuse changing the hair color under them and maybe making them see a bit more "real" in parts
on a related note CN been shwoignthe Haunted mask series and jsut yesterday i was having the idea of a fiction when costumes changed the wearer

Thanks for the feedback. Here's the original. [link] I debated on doing something with the ears for quite some time. My final logic was that they were just so obviously fake that to try and integrate them would just look bad. So I went on the 'they're pare of the costume' concept.
I've always loved the concept of some foreign object grafting or attaching itself to the wearer to give them new properties. I think that's why I like prosthetics so much.
