BACKSTORY: Mitch is a member of the R.I.Ps, or reapers in progress, an elite organization that trains lost souls to be Grim Reapers. Mitch, by Death's standards, is still a rookie, and has a LONG way to go still before he can be a full-fledged reaper. Mitch had a rough start, he got easily distracted, let his temper get the best of him, (and worst of all...) let condemned souls get away from him. Giving the excuse that he was "unprepared", Mitch was able to get one last chance. By order of Death, Mitch was sent to the A.O.V in order to study criminal minds and behavior first-hand, making sure that he's prepared. If Mitch slips this up, then he'll be kicked out of the R.I.P for good.

ABILITIES:

SHADOW MELD; Mitch has the ability to melt into the shadows, making his presence undetectable by all, allowing him to sneak up and take the soul of his target. Shadow Melding can also be used as a means of fast travel. This, however, tires him greatly, and produces an aura that makes his presence extremely unsettling.

TRAINING SCYTHE;The blade of his scythe, Slashy, is made from Tartarian Iron, which is dug up from the pits of the underworld. This material cannot be broken by mortals, and only affects souls the deceased and demons.

SOUL STARE; Mitch can see the purity and impurity of a soul just by looking at the person. It also allows him to see how and when people die, and what their biggest fear is.

WEAKNESSES:

Mitch is still a trainee, so a multitude of handicaps have been thrust on him. For instance, Mitch can't reap the souls of anyone yet. This means, he can't harm anyone, even if the person deserves it or not.

Unlike full-time reapers, Mitch CAN tire and weaken. If he uses his powers too much at one time, his bones will begin to crack. If his bones crack too much, he'll fall apart. It takes him 32 hours for him to put himself back together again and regain his strength.

Mitch is short-tempered, he can be irked easily. This clouds his judgement, causing him to lash out
