Didn't know a better title :/Finally a more complex drawing again
But it was so much work, don't ask -.-I wanted to draw a picture that shows that Celestia needs her sister too, although this is more an alternate timeline of Canterlot wedding ^^

The quality of your work is very nice, and quiet appealing to the eye. Looks much like the actual show. As for originality, many people have done drawings as to Luna what what had happened during the attack of the changelings. As already said your technique does look much like the show. I have no idea what Impact is so I gave you three and a half starts on it. I love the pichet thought, I like how you put some of them in armor and covered the princesse in gew. So all in all, very good. ^-^ would love to see more.

Looks very nice. I actually had a similar idea about how Luna could have attacked Chrysalis to buy the Mane Six time to get to the elements (instead of Chrysalis just letting them get away in order to sing to herself).
Suggestions:
The sister's horns seem a bit thick towards the bases
-I'd remove the blood from the left changeling's fangs, seems a bit out of place to me
-why is the energy syphioned off Luina red?

I agree about the horns (especially since Luna's horn is even more thick below her hair). I'll remember that for the next time, I have to draw some Luna's soon ^^
I'm not sure why the blood looks out of place. Maybe too 'dark'? My explanation is that the changeling got the blod even before it entered the castle and I hoped the blood made the situation look more serious. I rather expected Chrysalis magic on the right side looks out of context :/
the red energy... I noticed that it has to be green (according to the official comic) after I published it. I chose red, because Changelings feed off love and I suppose red is the color of love.

I guess I just dislike the idea of changelings physically injuring their prey, rather than just restraining them until they can be brainwashed.

I see Luna, I see Celestia covered in gak, I see Changelings, I do not see any problem here. Well, no-one nuzzling the Changelings, that's very odd, who would not nuzzle a 'Ling? Canterlot's being destroyed, but it was built over a cliff, it was only a matter of time. So what is the problem here?
