It’s Canon for me that during Everess Reign. That while she tried to lower the Solarian Soldiers to make peace with the Monsters. They saw this as a sign to take advantage and got a hit on the Kingdom, while Everess did get hurt so did Musty Mountains. And that triggered her, causing her to reach her Butterfly Form.

Let’s just say… they did not want attack at all during Everess’s reign after that 👀
