After getting my ass kicked in my first MMA fight by Faye the Farmgirl, I had to swallow my pride and unlearn many things I thought I knew; when I got invited to a seminar led by Jenna Nadasi in the LEFA gym. Jenna teaches her lessons firsthand, so I spent some quality time on the mat receiving her wisdom. And I am grateful to her for that.
