I was going to wait to release this to avoid giving spoilers but F*** it lol.From left to right we have Base SSJ1 SSJ2 Lumbardian God and Ultra Lumbardian god.
I know a lot of questions are going to be asked so ill answer the two I know will be asked now.
- No Doru is not a LSSJ, his SSJ hair has the green tint due to his Lumbardian half. ( all Lumbardians have green hair green eyes )
- If you haven't figured it out by now the baby in the GOW Special is Doru, He was Born in the Lumbardian god form. However I wont discuss anything else from that special XD

How old is he, I look at him and immediately think teenager. If he supposed to be older than that add some visible height or bulk to him.

Wait... I always thought that Doru was born somewhere in the Saiyan Saga so Gohan is older than him? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Doru is older then Gohan. DBSQs first chapter takes place right after Freeza was killed and Doru is around 16

The way I have it worked out is in my special when the saiyans arrive on Lumbar in age 739.
Nappa is 29 Yrs old and was born in age 710
Vegeta is 8 yrs old and was born in age 731
Raditz is 10 yrs old and was born in age 729
Broco and his twin sister Coli are born in age 739
Doru is 9 years younger then them so he was born in 748
Gohan was born in age 757 so Doru is 9 years older then Gohan.
Freeza was killed by Future trunks in age 764 meaning
Broco and Coli are 25 yrs old
Doru is 16 yrs old
Gohan would only be 7 at the time

Doru never knew his father. Raditz left before even finding out his mother was pregnant. He was only on lumbar a short period of time before leaving on a mission.

Nah, SSJ3 is a hard form to obtain. Goku reached it during his 7 years in the other world where his body had no limits. Giving tht to Doru would be too much ...

Oh, fair enough. That's the reason Vegeta never obtain th SSJ3 form in DBZ and DBGT (as far as we know that is). How powerful is the LG and ULG forms compared with SSJ3?

The a god forms they far outclass ssj3 however they only appear in the GOW special when Doru was a baby. He was actually born in the LG form that's his natural form

well since they all appear at different times of the story I cant give precise PLs
LG and ULG are both pretty strong. LG ranking a 5 on the godly power scale and ULG ranking a 11, however these forms are only seen in this GOW special when Doru was a baby.
When SQ starts Goku is about equal to future trunks (at both base and ssj) when he killed freeza . SSJ2 doesnt happen until the next saga and as you could imagine he gets alot stronger by then so his ssj would be more powerful as well

Actually that isn't true. What Beerus stated is that there are 12 universes they are in the 7th and he stated that some of the universes spawned beings even stronger then them. That doesn't mean in any way that Beerus is the weakest of all of them.
