This is just how I do it myself I use ms paint so my steps are a lot different compared to others most ppl is Paint tool sai or photoshop a drawing tablet and things like that I just use regular ms paint and a mouse

Lol, I used to do a lot on MSPaint and the mouse back in my "I only draw DBZ" phase. Β It gets tiring on the hand after a while. Β Nevertheless it's good to know how to make that, I guess you would say, filter.

Ms Paint should already be installed on your PC unless u have a Mac I use the normal paint that is on every windows operating computer
