I'm not sure why, but I got the impression that they were supposed to be inflated (I could be wrong). It would actually be interesting if the reason they were so swollen was because they were smoking but, to keep from offending people, they refused to exhale after each drag, causing them to swell and inflate larger and larger with every puff. Not sure if that was your intent, but it's certainly not an idea you see very often.

nice interp of an image with little to go on, i didn't put much text on this beacause ive been clearing out stuff i have nt posted yet. and yes they are expanding with smoke, but the idea that they are doing it so not to offend people ads something a little different to it to it.

The idea that if they quit smoking they'll inevitably gain weight is a neat idea to me.
