Description Mizhlandeas small land that was beginning to drift, finally did and is now out in the sea becoming an island. With that, the island also carried a species of Brontoformicids stuck in paradise; they managed to establish a decent population there to avoid going extinct. Millions of years later, the Brontoformicids who inhabit the island became small because they didn't have to compete with large carnivores; they live quite relaxed lives here. They live a solitary lifestyle but gather up in hundreds during mating season. During mating season, females will stay in one area and wait for males to show their colorful display on their heads to pick the best one; however, some males would try to intimidate other males into revealing their fitness. Once a female chose the right male, they would mate. Once mated, the male will leave the female and wait for the next mating season while the female will care for her young for one year until her young is matured. After that, she will leave and go off to live her life again and wait for the next mating season. Males have a shorter life span than females because males would die off to ease the competition for other younger males to take over. These animals live in paradise and are an example of how predators can affect how prey live.
