Description
These are the samples I drew up for some adoptables I was offering over on MLPArena. The point was to do them fast, so they're not perfect or 100% show-accurate, and there's no Rarity or Pinkie Pie.But anyone who wants to use these can, as long as my copyright stays put.
NB: I am NOT offering these here! Don't ask me for any. I've got enough of them to do at the Arena.

uh, PRETTY SURE you can't sell these ._. They are copyrighted by MLP, you can't just take there designs and sell them..The only thing you can say you own is the lineart (if that's even YOUR lineart..) To make an adoptable is to make your own design....

I'm not selling them. I was giving them away. For free. Like a gift? These were just the samples so people could see the lineart I'd be coloring.

See those pictures up there? They're fan art. This site is full of it. It's full of fan art that people make and post for others to enjoy or to save and use, with permission, as wallpaper, icons, etc. Those little pictures up there fall into that category. I drew them, I colored them. I am not in any way claiming to own those specific characters, nor am I making any money off of this art. There is nothing unethical or illegal about that.
The "adoptable" part comes in when I offer to recolor the line art (which is mine, and is copyrighted to me, and you have absolutely no basis in insinuating that it is not my line art) in the style of people's characters for them to use as forum sigs and whatnot.
This is not that hard to understand.

By putting "adoptable" in the title makes it seem as if you are selling MLP DESIGNS. You must not have any idea what Adoptable means, huh?

"Adoptable" has SEVERAL meanings, including the one that I described. The internet is a big wide world and not everyone uses the same terms in the same way. The dictionary definition of the word "adopt" implies that it is NOT a sale or financial transaction.
