Umm... set your shutter speed on maximum (high), and the area's lighting must be bright. And set the ISO in 400 or more (depend on the lights).

The first one in particular.
Looks like a hand reaching out or trying to, very interesting.
The grainy resolution and the little water drops, together are so lovely.
what source of light did u use? sun?

I took this shots outside the shopping mall of KLCC (incase you havent known, Im in Malaysia now 
There were no sun, it was cloudy, and almost wants to rain. I just stand anywhere, and took the shot with the maximum shutterspeed.
In photoshop, I set auto-contrast and auto-level on these pics. and edit the colors in "Curve" levels.

I try sometimes to take shots at a high shutter speed with less exposure of sun but pictures don't turn out to be so well.
I guess that's not the case with you.

in the top half, if you tilt your head to the left the water looks like a wolf or skinny headed wild hog ^_^
