Hmm.. You requested critique, so I'm going to give you some instead of just saying that it's cute (which it is).
First of all, had you not entitled this "tickle attack", the photo could have easily been interpreted to have a darker meaning. Cat facial expressions are not as easy to read as human facial expressions- though probably playful, the kitten's expression could also be interpreted as fearful. The fact that the kitten is pinned down by hands that are much larger than it's body makes the kitten look completely helpless, and the darkness at the bottom of the photo adds an ominous feeling, as if it represents a dark place that the human is going to carry the kitten into. Also notice how the kitten's eyes are staring into the direction of the darkness. To be honest, I don't think that this picture looks innocent enough to be called "tickle attack". Either you should have given it a different title to match it's mood, or you should have used different lighting and a hand position that doesn't look so overpowering.
Besides the mismatched title and mood, though, your photo looks very professional. The unbalanced lighting seems to give the picture more meaning than a typical snapshot. The picture is aesthetically pleasing- warm colors, object of focus in the center, emotion in the cat's face. And the photo is beautiful in simplicity- you didn't include anything in it that didn't need to be there.
So, anyway, I really like the photo, although I would have entitled it "bait".
