I have an idea for a Spidey rogue OC. One that's been in my head for a LONG time.

All right. The enemy's name is The Pharaoh.
His appearance is that of an Egyptian pharaoh, with a nemes on the head, white linen wraps over some parts of his body (mainly the chest, the upper arms and the thighs) and Eye of Horus marks around his eyes. His weapons are a pharaoh's cross and whip.
For special powers, he can use the Egyptian gods abilities. Once an ability is used, his head will change into that of a specific animal related to the god. (Examples, a lioness head for Sekhmet (the goddess of power) if he wants to upgrade his strength, a jackal head for Anubis (the god of death) if he summons mummies as an army, and a falcon head for Horus (the god of sky) if he summons wings to fly). All of the godly powers inside him make him unstoppable.
As for a backstory, here it is:
Seth Harrington, an alumni from Peter Parker's high school, was a college student who was fascinated with ancient history, especially Ancient Egypt. One day, as part of his Senior Project for college, Seth was inside the American Museum of Natural History, analyzing, researching and taking notes to collect information in the Egyptian exhibit.
At the same time, a fight between Spider-Man and the Vulture took place inside the museum. As Harrington was heading out for the exit after he did his research, he accidentally stumbled into the fight. When the Vulture threw some blades from his wings at Spidey, the latter dodged all of them, but one blade hit Seth at his face, below his right eye. Believing it was Spider-Man who did it, he picked the fallen blade and threw it at him before trying to hide from the fight. Unfortunately, one of Spidey's mishaps caused part of the Egyptian wing to get destroyed in the process, which horrifies Seth as part of his project's information source originated directly from the museum.
Angered at his senior project nearly ruined because of Spider-Man, Seth Harrington wowed to get humongous revenge at the masked hero. One week later, the college student received an unexpected visit at his apartment. The man at the door is named Quentin Beck, who says he supposely came here to help Seth in his project. Once the two were inside Seth's apartment, Beck reveals himself as Mysterio, and reveals to the college student that he witnessed the fight between Spider-Man and the Vulture, and how Seth was involved, which makes the latter get mad again as the nasty memories were still in his head.
Seeing as Seth and him have a common enemy, Mysterio offers Harrington a proposition to help Seth defeat Spidey as payback: that he will use his magic to give godlike powers to Harrington so he could succeed where he nearly failed. The college student immediately accepted the offer, and after Mysterio completes the ritual, he is transformed into the Pharaoh. After looking in admiration at his new form and testing his newly-acquired powers, the Pharaoh thanks Mysterio for the proposition. Because of his new focus set on eliminating Spider-Man for revenge, the Pharaoh moves alongside Mysterio into a hidden part of New York, where he will meet many of Spidey's other villains.
