Since I'm a fan of the sonic games, I'd make this pic to tribute them. If they were ever to reboot the series like they did with the spyro games, I'd hope this would be the design for the characters.Plot:
In the world of Mobius, a place where humans are rare and sentient animals are the dominant species, an evil human scientist named Ivan Robotnik has conquered the city of Mobotropolis, using a terrible process known as Robotosizing, he has turned most of the populous into metallic monsters to carry out his will, with the help of his assistant Dr Julian Snively, and his army of Robots, he soon plans to turn the entire world into his own personal empire by any means. Now it's up to a certain blue hedgehog and his group of Freedom Fighters to put an end to Robotnik's schemes and bring back the world and the friends they once knew

So. What do you mean by "reeboot"? Also. If Rouge and Omega are on the heroes side, how can they and Shadow form Team Dark?

It's just a piece of fanart, not really meant to be taken seriously. Plus, Team Dark only ever appeared in one spinoff game, as far as I know, so technically it's not canon,
Especially when Shadow's origin isn't really specified that well in another, case in point

Wh.... no they didn't. While it's true that Sonic Heroes was there first apprentice. And I don't know where you got the spin off game thing from, but I'm sure it's cannon. Sonic 06 explores there bond, turns out there very close to one another. And we get to see them again in Sonic Forces and Team Sonic Racing.

And of-cores Team Dark wouldn't be in Shadow the hedgehog. Because they where off doing there own thing. Shadow is off lurning about his past and remembering who he is, Rouge is doing her job as a member of G.U.N, and Omega is trying to find Eggman to get his revenge. Shadow and Omega worn't members of G.U.N back then, I guess your statement about Shadow's origin is something I can let slide sins I'm not only a Sonic fan, but a Team Dark fan too. Your art is amazing by the way^^

I like it. A little bit of everything. I read some of the bios too. Bunnie's was serious, taking a tone of vengeance, and Fang's was good too, with the little weasel still having trust issues but probably hoping to make friends. Or not. Bonus points for making Scratch and Grounder threatening in this AU.

Wow, it looks like heroes outnumber villains, but of course, numbers don't neccessarily mean much, especially when Robotnik has armies.
Looking at this picture, its nice to see what potential video game reboot idea you had for the series, picking up characters from different mediums of the Sonic's franchise history.
Based on what it is said here and in other character bios, the setting of this Reboot idea is based-on/inspired-by the SATAM's plotline and setting, with some tune-ups. The setting seems to be where the Freedom Fighters, home based in the Great Forest, fighting against Robotnik in the former Mobotropolis.
I must ask though. Is this world Mobius based on the games different locales (ie Green Hill Zone, Pumpkin HIll) with elements of SU and SATAM?? Or is it based on something else?

I'm better off not trying, but thanks for the endorsement. I tried to do a darker-and-edgier take on it, but it fell off as goofy as Battlefield Earth. (I didn't get that impression from reviewers, I just came to the conclusion on my own.)
