Bio: Chief Scientist for the Decepticons. A demented cybertronian who joined megatron's cause after being kicked out of the Cybertronian council for his "immoral" experiments, which resulted in the creation of the Dinobots, Insecticons and other assorted mutations. (the rest to be written later)
