Description
When you have a cape made of sunrays the snow melts and first snowdrops bloom...Recently, I have done several little paintings for a childrensbook projekt of mine
Done with watercolour and white gel pen on Fabriano watercolour paper.

Oh my god, this is so warm and beautiful! It looks like an old childrens book illustration, so soft and warm. I especially like the fox, of course 
Are the dots gold color or just yellow? It really looks radiating, everything seems to glow. How did you do that? o.O

I applied the gold from schminke thinly on the coat and thickly around the snowdrops. If you apply this gold colour thinly it shines pretty when the light shines on it but doesn't look muddy when it s in the shadow
