He doesn't distribute the wallpaper,it's only in his screenshot. That is happening all the time without credits...
BTW: The help button in the title bar is broken (e.g. mouse properties).

infact the wallpaper is not included in the package it was just there on my desktop, but of course I give you full credit for this

P.S.: If I had a wish, I would vote for a somewhat bigger titlebar and a little larger title bar buttons. The buttons are somewhat difficult to target on my 1280 * 1024 screen...
