Description
I have been working for a while on this english harness for model draft (draught) horses. It fits to classic sized model horse. All the metal parts are hand made. I still need to replace few parts, like terrets. This is typical english harness with a draught saddle that partly supports weight of a cart.
I plan to mount a cart to this horse.
The breech has buckles which are usually not used, however model tacks can sometimes not be mounted on plastic horses because of plastic tail atteahed to the body.
I used a book The heavy horse, its harness and harness decoration as a reference. A nice book.
The tack is finished, you can see it here mojcaj.deviantart.com/art/A-cl…

It cures stress. It is a hobby of combining many different skills, from leatherwork, making jewlery, sawing, sewing, embroidening etc.

Thank you for the nice comment.
I have never shown any of my tacks on a show. Maybe I will someday.
This horse is Clydesdale Blue Ribbon collection by Safari Ltd. and it is approx. 1:12 scale. There were more horses in this Collection issued and are now all retired, also difficult to get. I wish that CollectA produces similar scaled model draft horse in the near future.

This looks AMAZING! Have you taken any of your tack sets o model horse shows?
And what model is this? Some sort of CollectA?
