It's pretty good. I'd suggest improving the background contrast and color. I'm thinking something scary or creepy.

Character looks balanced and consistent and the background is nicely done. The blue light is a good choice to not do too much detail on the background and to lift the character from the bg since otherwise they would be too similar of color and might mix up.
