four heads on one body is difficult to execute properly without the body looking too wide or the heads looking too small.

* i had trouble figuring out what the scarf(?) was supposed to be before i had a look at that brutus reference picture you provided. if you want it to look more like that fluffy pelt brutus has then i suggest making its outer edges rougher of have a consistency closer to grass/fur.
     the lines within that scarf have to be a bit more subtle because the texture of fur doesn't create black, solid lines. there should also be more of them, like a lot more.

* you should improve on your shading. you're pillow-shading, meaning that the shadows are darkest towards the outermost edges of an object without regard to light sources.

*you've paid good attention to detail on the armor but the symmetry makes it seem like the body's facing forward. this is only a problem because the positioning of the heads, capes, and arms all suggest otherwise: that the body should be facing the viewer's left.
    to improve on how different angles change the appearance of flat details on objects, find a can or something. rotate it. observe how rotating it changes how the labels look.
