So...
Punk Sam is a kid who was kidnapped when she was 5.
She was born with a leg defect at birth.
Her eye got cut in a gang fight.
She never knew who her real family was. She's been to reform school 3x.
She's a run away from over 5 foster families
Shes afraid of being part of a family
She is a sly, tricky pickpocket.
Then she gets brought in for questioning after she lifted a guys wallet, who Danno was trailing. The man was shot right after.
Then it turns out, she's McGarrets sister....(ik ..... So original..... Sorry)
Then she stops pickpocketing and helps him get inside help from gangs sometimes.
She has a group of close friends
A girl and two boys. (Will finalize them soon)
