Looks good. I love the eyes, the y have a great shape to them adding to the expression. I love the expression, nice and maniacal; like he's about to kick some ass or is thinking about stealing candy from a baby. The shading looks good, but I can't tell where the lighting is coming from. It looks like it's coming from the bottom left, then some hitting his nose from the right. I suppose it could be warm and cool colors, but is harder to tell in black and white.

Thank You, I'm Glad you liked it. As for the shadowing I kinda goofed on them and didn't really have them come from any particular direction. And the shading from the top was a bit of a pleasant accident while I was scanning the picture.
