Color -okay, lineart - good but can be improve.
As for the hair, you can add more floating feeling, give a bit lively feel.

It is hard to control the line flow with a tablet? I didn't use it before so I can't say much, but I really see there are more spaces to add in.

Yes it realy hard to stable on tablet when start to use it, so i had to choose some simple art to make pratic ^_^ u can buy the cheapest tablet for CG it realy helpful for it ^_^

Urmm..... the colours u use in this pic is slightly bette than ur old ones XD Sinceu did some colour mixing and stuff o.o But still.... the shades looks too light.And most of the stuffs in this pic collide among one another which makes it look kinda messy.Example : the wing and the hair.the hair and the giant mecha thingy o.o And i think u can improve the outline b4 u cg it.Like do some twitching in photoshop,change the apacity or clean the sketchy lines.Oh well,not bad for a 2 hour work.I recommend u to visit and see how she does her painting using OC ^^

Dunno why when i use dark colours on shadding and it will be light T_T, it was my 2nd time totally use tablet to draw, i think is better than the 1st one =_= i tried to stable my hand but the result is (dot dot dot...)
i had a little rush on it because i do it when i in my aunty house who in penang, i so enjoy with my cousions more than my CG (i'm so bad x_x)
