have i ever mentioned i love the teenage mutant ninja turtles? cuz i totally do.

i used to watch the tmnt as a kid, and recently got really into it after having a random dream about them (i hadn't thought of the turtles in years). yes, and so begun my obsession. i have now watched all of the 2k3 series, half of the 80's series, started collecting the comics, and own all the movies. XD; and of course i've watched turtles forever, like, a gazillion times. XP i'm also super excited to get my mikey plushie this christmas. X3

anyway, these were just some practice drawings i did a while back. just trying to get a feel for them, i guess. more of an experiment than anything else, though. i wasn't sure if i could do it or not, since they're much more cartoonish than what i usually draw, plus they have muscles. not to mention the fact that they're freakin' turtles and i fail at drawing animals.

eh, they didn't turn out too bad. i probably won't be drawing them much, though, unless i can figure out how to draw a decent bottom half to them. ._. their anatomy is just so weird. <_<
