it's rachel a.k.a numbuh 362!man, she is so fun to draw for some reason. XD her and numbuh 3 have got to be my most favorite characters to draw.
anyway, this was my first shot at her. not too bad in my opinion. oh, and that thing she's holding is supposed to be a s.p.l.a.n.k.e.r. or whatever the heck it's called. i had a very bad reference when drawing it, just to let you know. <_<'
