Okay, so, I've been getting a few comments about Donnie liking April and the such..... GUYS, THIS IS THE 80'S CARTOON, NOT THE 2003 ONE. Don does not love April, and no other possible love interests from the second series exist in this one (including Karai). Honestly, I can't even see how it's confusing, since Kala, Lotus Blossom, and Mona don't even appear in the 2k3 show. -_-

........ it never fails, does it? i mean, i'm not even all that into tmnt couples (shocker, right?), yet i STILL make pairing art of it. D:

haha, anyway, all the canon pairings of the old toon. I think they're all pretty cute. for those of you who don't know....
Michelangelo is paired with Kala, a Neutrino from Dimension X. He had a couple other crushes or whatever, I believe, but Kala was definitely the most prominent. In fact, out of all the turtles' love interests, she appears the most.
Leonardo is paired with Lotus Blossom, a ninja for hire basically. She was originally hired to kill the turtles off, but ended up switching sides. Sort of. Haha, I love this pairing, mostly because lovesick Leonardo is one of the most adorable things ever. XD I mean, the first thing he says when she speaks to him is "She's magnificent!"..... Really, Leo? The girl just kidnapped your sensei and challenged you to a fight, and you're swooning over her? XD
Raphael is paired with Mona Lisa, a college girl who got turned into a mutant. Ironically, this pairing is actually rather popular (at least compared to the other two). I mean, Mona Lisa only appears in one episode, and then mysteriously disappears. It's such a small appearance, yet she has quite a few fans.
And poor Donatello never got a love interest of his own. It's all right, Don, you can always "do" your machines as always. 8D -shot-

Ah, well, this was pretty fun to make. maybe i'll draw a new toon one, just for kicks.
