And Karin to Mikoto because Mikoto's height is the same as Karin's, and they also share blood types.
Besides, I'm a sasukarin and Narusaku fan.

Can you explain to me HOW are Kushina's & Sakura's personalities REMOTELY similar? OR Karin's & Mikoto's? That's some EXTREME wishful thinking on your part Im afraid.
The only thing we've seen Kushina do, is give a warm "motherly" smile, while Sakura spends 99% of her time screaming and hitting stuff...while Karin is borderline evil (when she's not all lovey-dovey with Sasuke) and Mikoto only showed us an "angry" face one time, and then she was all motherly all the rest...
Seriously, no offense but you're trying to read TO MUCH into lines here...there's no similarities AT ALL between those women's personalities.

The NaruSaku part.. erm. Good find, but I'm.. rather.. sick of this theory. I'm sick of people using Kushina as reference for Sakura. ...ugh. But, good job.
However, we don't even know when Kushina was created. She may have been created after Sakura, you know? I also despire NaruSaku but I'd rather leave my ranting and raging out of this.. lol
I actually thought that myself too @ the Karin-Mikoto thing, but they really aren't very similar as I've discovered a couple of months ago. But when Karin shows her softer side like she's doing now, she is kind of nurturing and I think it's rather cute.

The Karin thing i'm not so sure about, but one thing I like to say about Naruto's taste in girls is that he gets it from Minato, because both of them like girls who are most likely capable of beating the crap out of them as seen in numerous cases between Naruto and Sakura. Also, if Kushina is as tomboyish as they say then, she probably hit Minto upside the head every now and then.
I've also seen several authors use this theory in their stories, so there are people who take this seriously.
