Dude. The Doctor doesn't in ANY WAY hate him. They were really close friends and the Timelords tore them apart by making The Master go insane as a child. The Doctor wants to HELP him.
Go home. Rewatch the episodes. Get your facts straight. -_-

(OoC) I wasn't referring to the Master. I was referring to this character. The characters featured are DOCTOR HOOVES (or Time Turner) and PERFECT PACE, who are being compared to the Doctor and the Master. And this account is mostly based on MLP canon, not DW canon, although Doctor Who is referenced sometime. Don't comment on other people's works just to prove them wrong. If this was your picture, that would be understandable. If this was my picture, that would also be understandable. But why comment on another user's art just to rant about how the Doctor doesn't hate the Master? I think we all know that by now.
And yes, I will go home and watch all the episodes with a cup of tea and my bathrobe and some homemade sugar cookies. That'll be fun. Thanks for the suggestion!
