The eyes bug me, maybe curve them into a more eye-ish shape as opposed to just having them be bulged out circles?
But aside from that you've done an excellent job with this picture.

Lightings good..like the shading you could blur the power ball in his hand a bit. the left foot needs a bit of work. Rest seem to be in place. Good job mate. You are improving your shading,
