I haven't managed to see Over the moon except for the clips people throw on Youtube. What picked my interest was that it made me think of the last movie I watched on cinemas about a year ago "Abominable" which also was animated by Pearl Studio. A crossover between those movies would highly be possible as Pearl worked on both of the movies and the characters are all from the same modern time. Evtl. they're all supposed to live in Shanghai at the same time, who knows.

I don't know what type of crossover this could be like, only had a few things I could imagine that could happen in a crossover,:

-What if Yi and Fei Fei land in the same high school/professional school and become friends, because they both hear about their one loss of a parent. The difference is Fei Fei's mom is gone for about 3-4 years and Yi's dad marks about a year and a few months. Yi began to notice her mother grow attached to another man, which scares Yi, cause she doesn't want to have a step-dad on her father's place.
- Peng joins basketball club and meets Chin in a younger team and gets along with him real quick, due to him owning a frog as a pet, while Peng owned a offspring of Duchess, the rat Mr. Burnish kept after their retrieving Everest back home.
- The school has a tournament, where siblings have to work out together and defeat each other in it, while Jin and Peng have to work together as both have no siblings and are allowed to work together to participate on the tournament. Jin eventually gets quick along with Fei Fei due to her interestes on Science and mythology while Peng and Chin are into sports and younger than their older counterparts.
- An AU, where Fei Fei's dad falls in love with Yi's mother and the two girls can really not stand each other and barely talk with each other about that. Fei Fei's family members try to help Fei Fei realize, she needs to move on and that she will never forget her mom as long as she's got her memories or the same issue happenes to her as in the movie, but without Chin and Yi. Yi on the other hand talks with Jin, althought their friendship is broken due to her distance to him after her father's dead. Jin tried his best to help her out and apologizes for what happened between the two or second choice the events of Abominable happen, including Yi accepts Peng and Jin back as friends and tried along with Fei Fei to get along and accept their parents love.
-Another AU with the characters in the opposite movie. (I would love to see Yi wanting to convince to Jin Chang'e exists and when he sees her he loses it and receives a huge crush on the goddess xD) Okay probably unrealistic, but a funny thought)

The few ideas I came up with. (I actually had also Jin having an interest on Fei Fei, but I think their age gap would be too large so far I know
