Description
Agent Shadow of the "Critical Task Unit" (CTU).This is an alternate-universe Shadow who acts as a special-operations police for when the normal police can't get the job done.
Also, NO.....this is not my attempt at a Boom-Shadow. This is NOT Boom-related in any way. I'll leave that to other people...

Archie Shadow is the lead agent in GUN's Team Dark unit, who are basically the force that goes in when shit needs wrecking. Rather Black Ops-esqe.

Shadow is the lead agent in GUN's Team Dark in the games, too. In Sonic 06 he is sent on a mission by the Commander to retrieve his ally, Rouge.
So there's really nothing different between the comics and games as far as Shadow is concerned, which confuses me why you likened it to Archie.
