4 out of the 8 current Eeveelutions totally suck as far as battling goes. Glaceon, Umbreon, Leafeon and Flareon are just plain awful. I wouldn't feel threatened by those weaklings even if they held machine guns.
Still, this was very nicely done. Good job.

Quite honestly, it would depend on several things: is it videogame or anime? (anime a pikachu can beat a regice so it simply works differently)
Is the offender armed? and if he is, with how many pokes? cause the lil cheater of my friend has 8 there xD

As far as the metagame of online video game battles goes, Jolteon, Espeon, Vaporeon and Sylveon are considereed the stronger half and even then there are better options.
