Either Wizard or a sorcerer classes I would say...
Because Warlocks are very limited to Elves

Id recommend wizard only cuz they can hold and change out spells and are adaptable
You could also go half elf for warlock, sorcerer or bard
High elves in particular make good wizards extra spells and all
