I haven't posted any art lately so here you go. It took about two afternoons to finish this one and I'm not completely happy with the picture, but I think it turned out okay. His shirt was a little hard to draw so I took it off, but I'm sure that's perfectly fine.
As for the story behind this, it can be whatever you want. All I know is that someone had fun tying him up. ^^ Also, the tattoo on his back says 'Bad Boy'.
I don't think this really needs a mature filter, so I removed it for now.

*brings out her knife from after making cupcakes for Lisa's birth day party and runs to were bob is smocking just outside the dark shed and slices his balls off now we see police come and take him to the chair finally some execution!

I may remove the filter later, still haven't decided yet since this is only mature to those that see it that way.
The someone that tied him up was supposed to be Bob, but I got too lazy to draw him (despite how fun it is to draw his hair) and I didn't want to take the focus off of Bart. Originally, I had planned to have Bob bragging about his tying skills and wondering why Bart didn't look afraid which was his intention, while Bart had a thought bubble over his head thinking, "Since when did Bob's rope tying become so elaborate?"
